How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
As soon as you complete your order at our e-shop, it will take from some hours to 1-3 days for your order to be shipped, depending on the destination country.
For orders in Greece, we make every possible effort to deliver them to the carrier service on the same day. This prerequisites that you set the order at our e-shop on Mondays to Fridays no later than 13:30 pm. There is the case that some of our products, mainly furs, to be made after receiving your order, so it takes longer for the order to be shipped. In this case, you will be contacted either by phone or email. Basically, almost all of our products are readily available.
How can I be sure that my order has been completed successfully?
You should receive an email by us confirming the successful completion of the order. (Attention! In case you have not received the confirmation email, please contact us, as your order might not have been completed successfully).
You may not have received a confirmation email if:
i) You have not completed the form right
ii) You have entered the wrong email
iii) The email has gone to spams
iv) There are different settings on your computer, not accepting Cookies or any firewalls. (Note: If possible, you may use another browser).
v) After completing the payment of your order and come out of the Bank or PayPal environment ( when you pay with a credit card, debit card or PayPal), you do not go back to our web page. As a result, your order will not register in our system.
How can I be informed on the shipping details of my order, e.g. tracking number, location, etc.?
As soon as the carrier service receives your order, you will automatically receive an SMS on your mobile phone under the name “MRDline” as well as an email, if you have provided us with one, containing the track number of your order.
You will also receive messages in case the carrier service will not be able to find you.
Attention! The automated message that you will receive from us are in the form of SMS, while the one you will receive from the carrier service are mainly on the Viber. To be correctly informed, you must provide us with the right telephone number or email. Please, double check them!
Can I ask from the carrier service to deliver my order to me at a specific time?
Unfortunately, the carrier service will not deliver at a specific time, even if we ask them to do so. This can only be done if you talk to them personally, making use of the track number you have received via an SMS, email or on the Viber.
However, you can ask us for your order to be delivered at a specific time such as “in the morning”, “in the afternoon”, or within some hours such as “10am-2pm”. Even in this case, we are not responsible for any possible delay of the carrier service.
What happens if, for personal reasons, I can not receive my order either from the carrier service or the postal services office?
Attention! In this case:
i) In Greece: After 7 days your order will be shipped back to us by the carrier service.
ii) Abroad: after 3 weeks your order will be shipped back to us by the postal services office of your country.
