CHANGE/RETURN
Please, download from our link at the bottom of our webpage the form CHANGE/RETURN, fill it in and put it in the package.
Changes are accepted only when:
1. There is a rare occasion of a lack of a product or a possible default that might not have been checked by us. It should be noted though that while preparing your order, our business always checks on the quality of all the products that are to be shipped.
2. If you have received a different product from the one you have ordered.
3. If you want to replace the product you have received with another one, for any reason.
In the first two cases the shipping expenses as well as the return expenses are covered by us.
In case of a change, the return of the product must be made within 14 days from the moment you received your order.
Before the return of the product either for a change or an exchange with another one, you must first contact us at (+30)2467026104 or email us at [email protected].
When you receive our approval at your request, you will then have to fill in the form that you will find on our webpage and print it.
On the form you will fill in the IBAN of your bank account as well as the name of the beneficiary so that we transfer the amount of money that you paid to purchase the product.
If the payment has been made with a credit card or Pay Pal, the refund will be made along with the cancellation of the original transaction.
Both the deposit and the cancellation of the transaction will take place within 5 to 15 days from the date that we will receive the returned product.
Attention! The return will not be accepted when:
1. There are no purchase documents
i) Receipt
ii) Shipping/Return invoice
2. The product has been used and is not in its original condition
3. There are no tags or barcodes
4. It is not put in its original package or the package has been destroyed
For these reasons you have to be very careful with the original package of the product. Please, do not cover the package with tapes. You should use the original package of your order or, generally, some other protective package. Do not use packages that are bigger in size/volume than the original one.
Otherwise, the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.
During sales, if you want to change the product, the price of the product we will receive and the price of the product we will ship back to you, will be the valid price of the product on that particular day, as the prices vary quite often.
Shipping Expenses due to Change/Return – Withdrawal and Refund
In Greece:
For the purchase of fur and leather products, the first change is free of charge, while for the return-withdrawal of these products as well as the change, return and withdrawal of all the other products, the following are valid:
1. In case of return:
If you had paid shipping expenses for the product you purchased, then the amount of money that is returned to your bank account is the price of the product minus €3.00 which is the shipping cost for the return.
If you had not paid shipping expenses for the original purchase of the product, then the amount of money you will receive will be the price of the product minus €6.00 ( €3.00 shipping expenses for the return + €3.00 for the new shipping expenses).
In products with dimensional weight such as suitcases, trolleys, etc, the shipping cost during the return that will be subtracted from the amount of money that will be deposited in your bank account may vary. 2. In case of exchange:
The shipping cost is €3.00 plus the difference of the price value of the order, if it is bigger.
In products with dimensional weight such as suitcases, trolleys, etc, the shipping cost during the exchange of the product may vary. In this case, you will have to first contact us at (+30)2467026104 or email us at [email protected].
The refund covers only the value of the product and in no occasion the shipping cost or cash on delivery value of money.
The amount of cash on delivery money in all these cases, if it was the initial choice of ordering the product, is not refundable.
The returns and the changes are made via ACS carrier service after coming in contact with us first. You should ship the package to the following address: MRDline – Kastorialeather, Mavroudis Panagiotis, 1 Dalipi Str. , Kastoria 52100, Tel. +302467026104 with a recipient charge (that is, a charge to our business).
This amount of money will be subtracted from the amount that will be deposited in your bank account, in case of a return.
In case of an exchange, the amount of money will be included in the cash on delivery or deposit to your bank account (depending on the method of payment) upon receiving the new order.
If you wish to return the product via another carrier service, you will be charged with €3.50 which was the amount of shipping expenses.
In products with dimensional weight such as suitcases, trolleys, etc, you will have to first come in contact with us or email us to get informed on the cost since the shipping cost may vary. The shipping cost of the returning of the product until our business receives it, is born by the sender.
Abroad:

If you want to return the product, you are responsible for covering all the shipping costs of your own country.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
You can cancel an order, before shipping it to you, either by contacting us at (+30)2467026104 Monday to Friday or sending us an email at [email protected] . In Greece the cancellation must be made before 13:00 pm, as this is the time when the carrier service picks up the orders.
