The delivery days of the carrier service are Monday to Friday.

1. For Greece:

All deliveries throughout Greece are made via "ACS" courier.

For products of heavy dimensional weight (suitcases - wheeled duffle bags) the deliveries are made both via "ACS" courier and "ELTA".

2. Abroad

The delivery is made by “ELTΑ”, the Hellenic Postal Services or "DHL"
Our customers abroad can contact us for more details regarding the shipping of their order to their country.
In case you want us to ship our products only with a carrier service, excluding any other means of shipping and delivery, and more specifically “ΕΛΤΑ”, please contact us so that you will be informed on the shipping details.

SHIPPING COSΤ FOR GREECE

Free of Charge Shipping

ACS: With a purchase of low weight products (in volume or weight) of a total price of €69,99 and more.

ΕΛΤΑ: For products of high dimensional weight, such as suitcases, trolleys, backpacks, etc, without any additional charges for inaccessible regions. In this case, the ELTA will not deliver at your address. You can pick up your order at your local Postal Services Office. Your order will arrive there within 3-5 days from the day of shipping, depending on the area.

More Details:

ACS: With a purchase of a total up to €69,99, the shipping cost is €3.00.
With a purchase of a total of €69.99 and more, the shipping cost is free of charge.
Products of high dimensional weight such as suitcases, trolleys, backpacks, etc, are excluded, depending on the carrier service. In these cases, the shipping cost is:

i) Up to 15 Kg weight, the shipping cost is € 10,00 ( e.g cabin suitcases, trolleys, backpacks, etc). In inaccessible regions, there is an additional cost of €5.00 unless you, personally, pick up your order from your local carrier service office. In this case, we will contact you either by phone or email. Your order will be shipped to your inaccessible area only after you have paid the additional charge.

ii) Up to 30 dimensional Kgr weight, the cost in € 15,00 (e.g. medium size and large size suitcases, trolleys  and backpacks). In inaccessible regions, there is an extra cost of € 5,00 unless you, personally, pick up your order from the carrier service office of your area. In this case, we will contact you either by phone or email. Your order will be shipped to your inaccessible region only after you have covered the additional cost.

ELTA: Free of charge shipping cost for a purchase of high dimensional weight products (e.g. suitcases, trolleys, backpacks, etc.), with no extra charge for inaccessible regions and regardless the dimensional weight. In this case, you, personally, have to pick up your order from your local Postal Services Office (ELTA). Your order will arrive there within 3-5 days from the day of the shipping, depending on the area.
