1. Terms
"Mavrudis MRD line" has the right to modify from time to time and without partial warning or renew the present conditions and presuppotitions of the transactions, which take place in its internet site, according to its needs and transactional standards.  "Mavrudis MRD line" has got the obligation to inform its users on any modifications or any other change through the site of the present electronic store. It should be clarifred that the change of conditions does not contain orders that you haver already made.

2. Provided information and products 
"Mavrudis MRD line" has bound itself on the completeness and validity of the information existing in its site www.kastorialeather.gr, regarding the existence of the essential characteristics that are described on every product that it offers as well as the accuracy of the facts  regarding the provided services by the internet site of "Mavrudis MRD line" subject to any technical or typographical errors which have not been noticed or have been unwillingly made or because of a stoppage of the operation of the site due to an act of God. The dimensions of the products are approximately recorded and only for your iformation. The dimensions for the bags and the other relative products are accurate and measured from stitch to stitch. 5. Obligations of the User

However, we can not avoid some possible mistakes on the prices or secondary characteristics of some products and can not ensure that there will not be a breakdown of the operation of the website or "human" errors during the updating/entry of the price of a product. 11. Withdrawl / Return - Replacement of the Products
You have the right to return the products that you have purchased and ask for their replacement a) in all cases where, with full responsibility of  , you had been delivered other products or mostly different than those you had ordered c) in all cases where there was a defect in the product or an agreed property was missing and under the condition that i) it is not predicted differently than the guarantee of the producer or the importer and the product is guaranteed, therefore the conditions of the guarantee are valid or ii) if there is no guarantee and there has not been  a legal invalidation of the buyer's rights or iii) if there is no guarantee and the defect or the property that is missing are not important.
You have the right to return the products that you have purchased and ask for a refund a) in all cases where there was a defect in the product or an agreed property was missing under the condition that i) it is not predicted differently than the guarantee of the producer or the importer and the product is guaranteed, therefore the conditions of the guarantee are valid or ii) if there is no guarantee and there has not been a legal invalidation of the buyer's rights or iii) if there is not guarantee and the defect or the property that is missing are not important and b) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery  - collection of the product. "Mavrudis MRD line" is responsible for the compensation in case of lack of the agreed property or the existence of a default, only if this has been caused by it, therefore it is not responsible for light negligence.
Moreover, in all cases the product to be replaced-repaired must be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase. For all the cases mentioned above, the products to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition that they were delivered to the customer, full and without any damages, in their original packing in excellent condition, along with all the documents which the product was accompanied by (e.g.shipping card, Receipt of Retail Sale etc). 
Before each return, it is advisable you contact"Mavrudis MRD line" first. In each case the return and replacement is feasible under the following conditions: 1. You must contact "Mavrudis MRD line" the same day or the next working day  2. in case you change the product within ten (10) days with another one or others of the same price or additional value that you have paid or, if you wish, with a return within fourteen (14) calendar days since the delivery - collection of the product, the product should not have been used  3. the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents which prove the transaction ( e.g. Shipping Card, Receipt of Retail Sale, etc).  

12. Cancellation of the order

In case your order has already been invoiced and you want its cancellation, please call +30 2467 0 26104 and give the details of your order. After collecting the product, please call +30 2467 0 26104 or send an e-mail in our internet site, explaining the reason why you want your order to be cancelled.

WAYS OF PAYMENT

1. Payment with a Credit Card
The internet site of "Mavrudis MRD line" accepts all credit cards Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
You will be asked to fill in an order form, the number and the expiration date of your credit card. It is noted that "Mavrudis MRD line" does not collect or save in any way the date of your card. In case you choose to pay with a credit card, you must be present at the time of the delivery of your order having your credit card as well as your identification card with you. In this case (that is, paying with a credit card), a third person is not allowed to collect the order. In case the order is done on the name of a company, then you must use a company credit card, that is the company must have been issued on the name and data of the respective company and must be inscribed on the card. Also during the delivery the authorised holder must be present having the credit card and his identification card with him.
